Our admissions process is designed to get to know you and your family. Together, we explore the possibilities for you at Ridley College, and find out whether our school is the right fit for your education.
Your admissions process begins with your application. After it is submitted, you will liaise with a member of the Admissions team, who will review your profile, share further information, arrange visits, answer questions and determine if Ridley is right for you. Our approach is specifically designed to help us understand each candidate as an individual student. We understand that there may be unique circumstances that require flexibility and we adapt to accommodate for these where possible.

All boarding applications for the 2025/26 academic year will continue to be reviewed on a rolling basis. To avoid disappointment due to limited space in certain grades, we recommend applying early. Families can generally anticipate a decision within two weeks of a student’s file being completed in full.

Due to high demand and a competitive application process, Ridley can no longer offer rolling admissions for day applicants in our Upper School.
The application deadline for September 2025 entry is Friday, February 14th, 2025.
Decisions will be released to students who completed their application by the deadline on March 7th, 2025.
The deadline for families applying for Tuition Assistance is Thursday, February 6th, 2025.

To apply for day student status at Ridley College, families must have a current, local address and reside within a 50 km radius of the campus. Anyone with a residence outside this radius applying as a day student must seek an exemption by requesting approval from the Director of Enrollment Management.
